No more new users for the time being
 

i've stopped allowing new users for the time being because of crazy spam users trying to join. this is temporary. i may have to hack the vbulletin software to make some spam user filter or something.

also, Toki and i are in the midst of redoing a new bulletin board system since this one's gettin old.

if you guys have any ideas for a new system or you you wanna be a part of its development, feel free to let me know.
